The dermatoscope DermLite II Hybrid is the first dermatoscope that combines non-polarized light for the use of tests in immersion dermatoscopy dive with the patented cross-polarization is in contact or not. Dermlite II Hydrid includes the millimeter scale from 25 mm present on the spacer retractable and an integrated connection to connect it to the optical unit of the cameras diigitali present on the market.

In cross-polarization is simple and quick to observe the deep pigmentation and vascularization of the area without the need to use fluids of immersion thanks to its 24 LEDs powered by a powerful rechargeable lithium battery. For moist lesions and classical technique you can use the traditional immersion dermatoscopy and then 8 LED with unpolarized light. The choice of using one or the other source of light can be varied at any time with a side key and a retractable spacer.

Dermlite II Hybrid is ready to be connected to a compatible digital camera via the integrated threaded ring and retractable spacer putting you in a position to have clear images without glare.
