Using micro needles of different diameter and length, the micro threads are inserted under the fabric. Once fully penetrated, the micro needle is pulled out leaving the thread in place. The insertion of the needle and the release of the polydioxanone suture causes the dual action of stimulating the production of new elements such as collagen and elastin and supporting the treated area. The effects on the patient are gradual and improve day by day.

The Secret Cog microfilaments are composed of a single barbed wire, allow a lifting and repositioning of the tissues maximizing the lifting effect.

The part with the minor and major symbols represents the traction teeth, which remain inside the Cannula.

In this wire, the pulling teeth also protrude from both ends of the cannula.
