DermLite DL3N dermatoscope

Crafted from precision-machined recyclable aluminum, it features a 25mm four-element lens, 28 high-power LEDs , and the all-new PigmentBoost™ illumination system.

Extremely simple to use: a quick tap on the power button instantly switches between polarization modes, while selecting PigmentBoost mode gives you a warm illumination reminiscent of conventional dermatoscopes.

DermLite DL3N 's convenient retractable spacer is integrated into the focus and allows you to quickly switch between contactless and contact modes. The spacer comes with a glass window with millimeter graticule and thanks to its completely closed structure contaminants as well as ambient lighting no longer interfere with the image.

An eyepiece is included to further reduce reflections and improve image contrast.

With the new DermLite DL3N , it's easy to create your own digital dermatoscopy system by connecting one of many compatible cameras or camera-equipped mobile devices. Simply connect your digital camera, smartphone or iPad, extend the spacer and start shooting sharp, glare-free images quickly and easily.

The DL3N lets you know when it's time to recharge its long-lasting lithium battery: once the charge level drops below 25%, the "3" on the top of the device changes color from green to orange.
