DIATERMO MB 120F - mono-bipolar - 120 Watt with FLASH function

High frequency electrosurgical unit suitable for precision monopolar and bipolar surgery and microsurgery without tissue alterations. It allows surgical treatments with programmable operating times in milliseconds, or to operate in traditional mode. MB FLASH allows pure CUT cutting, BLEND cutting-coagulation, incisions with reduced production of carbonization ENHANCED, superficial coagulation FORCED COAG, deep coagulation in the absence of necrosis SOFT COAG and bipolar coagulation BIPOLAR COAG. The digital reading of the power supplied and the monitoring of the operating functions by means of a microcontroller ensure the absolute reliability of the working conditions. The connection of the neutral electrode is constantly monitored. The safety of the plate/patient contact is controlled by a bipartite neutral electrode.

The ability to control the functions and power delivery from the electrode holder handle allows surgical interventions to be performed without diverting attention from the operating field.
