Q-Switched Laser Lutronic Spectra

Lutronic Spectra is a top-of-the-range Q-switched Nd:YAG laser for the removal of all types of tattoos and for non-ablative skin rejuvenation.

Spectra can produce four wavelengths to suit different skin types and conditions. The laser output at 532 and 1064 nm thanks to a photo-mechanical effect removes pigmented lesions of the epidermis and dermis and, using handpieces with specific wavelength, all types of tattoo colors.

The laser beam's top-hat profile, high peak power and short pulse duration combine to significantly lighten or completely remove tattoos, without damaging surrounding healthy cells. When tattoo ink particles absorb laser light they are broken down into small fragments, which are then absorbed and eliminated through the body's natural cleansing mechanism.

An additional operating mode, the Spectra Peel, offers a quasi-long pulse of 300 microseconds, ideal for the latest application in non-ablative skin rejuvenation; this creates a photothermal effect in the dermis and stimulates cell regeneration. With the Spectra Peel, doctors can shrink pores, fight acne, control sebum production, and reduce redness from inflamed acne painlessly with digital precision.

USE

Skin rejuvenation with the Spectra Peel is fast, a full facial takes less than ten minutes. It is also painless, leaving the patient looking good. Spectra is versatile: it can also be used to perform toning laser procedures. This non-ablative procedure provides impressive results for treating many types of pigmented lesions, with minimal disruption to the patient's recovery time. The high stability of the pulse-to-pulse mode, both in the QLP (Quasi-Long-Pulse) mode and in the traditional Q-switched mode, makes the Spectra a superior laser for aesthetic treatments, including non-ablative resurfacing to improve appearance of acne scars, wrinkles and skin tone.
