To be able to photograph the lesions with your Samsung Galaxy S5, simply apply a 28 mm adapter ring to your Dermlite (series I, II, DL3 or 4) and cover your Samsung Galaxy with a polycarbonate cover. Thus you will be able to directly use your Samsung Galaxy for the collection of dermoscopic images.
