Lutronic's ACTION II fractional laser technology combines user adjustment of ablation depth with effective coagulation control for a virtually painless procedure. The fractional mode is available in both modes of use: "fractional" and "long pulse".
Shining Peel, on the other hand, is a new concept of laser peeling for wrinkles, enlarged pores and for skin rejuvenation that does not require any topical anesthesia, with minimal downtime and minimal risk of pigmentation. This new peeling technique stimulates the natural remodeling of collagen by delivering precise amounts of laser energy to the skin, without immediate ablation of the epidermis. Shining Peel decreases the likelihood of pigmentation as the outer layer of the skin is kept intact during the treatment, while the outer layer of the epidermis will have a gradual shedding. Shining Peel revitalizes the appearance of the skin, making it younger and brighter.
