Automated External Defibrillator (AED) CU-SP1. Connected to a patient, the device acquires and analyzes the electrocardiogram (ECG) to detect Ventricular Fibrillation or Ventricular Tachycardia (shockable rhythms). If a shockable rhythm is detected, the device automatically charges. When charging is complete, the device automatically delivers an electric shock. Ease of use is ensured by voice prompts and visual indicators (LEDs and graphic indicators) that guide the entire rescue operation.
- Automatic volume adjustment
CU-SP1 automatically adjusts its volume in proportion to the surrounding noise.
- Pre-connected plates for a defibrillator always ready for use
CU-SP1 is equipped with pre-connected plates housed in a special compartment located under the defibrillator. This ensures that the defibrillator is ready for use in the shortest possible time. It is also able to perform a precise check on the life status of the plates themselves. The front of the defibrillator, in fact, houses a light indicator that changes color both 3 months before the plates expire, and when the plates have expired.
- CPR detection
CPR increases the chances of survival. CU-SP1 detects whether the rescuer is performing CPR or not and prompts him to perform it or continue it, respectively.
- Easy communication with CU-EX1 software
By installing the CU-EX1 software on a computer, you can view and analyze the usage of the device. Information such as the power-on time, the patient's heart rate, and the shocks applied are all clearly presented.
